Outside there is a huge entertainment area at the rear, which backs onto a park - no rear neighbours!! The property is fully fenced to ensure absolute privacy and there is a large fully tiled swimming pool surrounded by leafy tropical gardens.

Inside the fixtures and fittings are all top quality with imported Italian floor tiles, a granite bench kitchen and 2 beautiful marble tiled bathrooms.

This home is situated on one of Cairns’ most prestigious beaches, and is just a short stroll to the famous restaurants, shops and golden sands of Palm Cove.

This well positioned holiday home is an ideal spot explore the region. Twenty five minutes from Cairns airport and city centre. Cairns and all the regions attractions are all within an easy drive from the property. Attractions such as the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest are all within easy drive. Enjoy swimming, sailing, kayaking to nearby islands or fishing at Cairns beaches as well as visiting Cairns Tropical Zoo or feeding the crocodiles at Hartley’s Crocodile Farm. There is also the train to Kuranda, the Skyrail, Tjapukai, Go Kart track and Cable Skiing all within 15 minutes drive from Palm Cove. You can also visit and book your excursions at our office at no extra cost.
