This atmospheric home has three bedrooms, two Italian marble bathrooms, inside and outside living and dining rooms, two flat-screen TVs and DVD and well-equipped kitchen and laundry with quality contemporary appliances.
You enter ‘Bargara’ through a cool, walled courtyard, surrounded by palms, ferns and exotic tropical plants. At the entrance hall you see a long sitting-room with walls of louvered windows, open to let in the cool breezes from the Coral Sea. The sitting room is roomy and comfortable with an inviting island ambiance.
On imported Italian marble floors, you walk through the indoor dining-room to the extensive outdoor entertaining area overlooking the large blue-tiled pool with water feature, set in a landscaped tropical garden beneath towering Capricornia palms. Completely private within lush garden walls, it backs onto a large park which is accessible through a locked gate.
Inside, the three bedrooms are air-conditioned and there is a flat screenTV in the main bedroom. The kitchen has granite-topped benches and is fully-equipped with top quality appliances. Bargara also offers wireless internet access and a secure double garage.
